At the moment, UPS and Correos can deliver your packages in most locations but current circumstances may cause some delays in transit. For example, new border controls or local protective regulations. Within countries, some parcel deliveries may not be possible, in which case packages will be returned to us for refund or re-shipment if possible. On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable, because the delivery address was incorrect, the delivery was refused or the recipient didn’t pick up the package at the UPS access point location. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Harmony reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion, and refund the recipient for the price of the products returned, excluding the shipping cost.
The Harmony Promise: Achieve Total Happiness
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full exchange or refund (if it’s not used), or an account credit within 30 days of receipt. If you have used a bit of the product and you’re not happy, you could qualify for a partial refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping cost. The process is simple:
- Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement, a refund or a partial refund if you’ve used the product.
- Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
- Return the package to the address mentioned by our Customer Support.
